Service Admin Intern

• Assist in reviewing supporting documents for Work Order (WO) claims, including content, customer signatures, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Verify claim information against the Company’s SOP and claim requirements.
• Check product serial numbers, purchase dates, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent claims and highlight them for further review.
• Assist with data entry and updating service-related records.
• Support proper filing and maintenance of service documents and claim records.
• Assist in preparing documents and information for internal audits and claim verification.
• Support ASP (Authorised Service Partner) management by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties assigned by the Service Department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills.
