POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Admin Manager to lead our service support team. The successful candidate will oversee daily service operations, streamline administrative workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between our technical field teams and clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, mentor, and schedule workshop administration staff
• Streamline repair ordering, invoicing, and service scheduling
• Oversee warranty claims and maintain regulatory compliance records
• Handle escalated corporate account queries and manage key client services

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years in service administration management, specifically within the commercial vehicle, heavy truck, or fleet sector

WHAT WE OFFER
