Service Admin Supervisor

Overview of Role

Halfway Toyota Fourways, Gauteng, is looking for a Service Admin Supervisor to oversees daily administrative, financial, and operational tasks inside a dealership's service and workshop department.

Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight: Supervise workshop administration employees, service advisors, and booking clerks. Job Cards & Costing: Manage opening, closing, and costing of job cards, warranties, and extended plans. Customer & Parts Coordination: Track vehicle progress, liaise with the parts department regarding outstanding orders, and handle customer communication. Financial & Compliance Control: Monitor cash sales, cash-ups, internal orders, consumable stock, and compliance with manufacturer reporting (such as e-Toyota ONE or Evolve systems). Reporting: Assist the Service Manager with manufacturer targets, health and safety files, and Customer Experience (CSDP) scoreboards.

Qualification

Grade 12, good administrative and computer skills and valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Office and dealer management software, strong organizational and high-pressure multitasking abilities, and good interpersonal/communication skills

Experience

The successful candidate must have 3 to 5+ years of administration or management experience in a motor/dealer environment (Toyota-specific brand knowledge is a strong advantage).
