Service Administration Officer (Promotion & Development)(Ref: SASHCC/SAO/PD/JDB)

Service Administration Officer (Promotion & Development) (Ref: SASHCC/SAO/PD/JDB)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the promotion, marketing, branding and publicity of the service unit through social media, website, publications and other promotional channels.
• Assist in preparing promotional and communication materials, including graphic designs, social-media posts, presentation materials and publications.
• Support fundraising and donor-engagement initiatives, particularly for subsidized programmes and services, as well as the Extension Project.
• Assist the team in promoting education and advocacy on Advance Medical Directives (AMD), Advance Care Planning (ACP) and the Compassionate Community Campaign.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and their families to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines plus 5 passes at level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in administration, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Familiarity with various social-media platforms and basic digital communication tools.
• Knowledge of video production, webpage creation or photography will be an advantage.
• Willing to accept challenges, self-motivated and responsible, with good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator or other graphic-design tools.
