Service Administrative Support - Maternity Leave

In Vestas, we #PowerTheSolution – Can you? Service > Service Delivery > Contract Management MED Service Administrative Support team (SAS) is part of the Global Capacity Center (GCC), and is responsible for supporting the commercial administrative process in MED region.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region
• Ensure an efficient flow of information
• Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system
• Recovery Management
• Prepare business reports based on the Service performance
• Enhance the data quality of the commercial system

Qualifications

• Administrative/finance background / a Degree
• Fluent in English, oral and written communication (Mandatory)
• Be initiative-driven, highly motivated, and processes-oriented
• Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office
• Intermediate Excel user

• Works well with others in an international setting
• Good understanding of business process improvements
• Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer mindset attitude
