Service Administrator

Waste Water Solutions Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to join our team. The role will be office based and require you to run and operate the service department solely on your own under the supervision of the manager.

The company is very fast paced meaning you will need to think fast and act quickly on emergency calls outs And routine PPMs.

The role will include speaking to customers on a daily basis to book in services, answering calls to emergencies and planning the work load equally and efficiently between engineers.

You will be required to speak to suppliers and field engineers on a daily basis to order parts, liaise with customers and book jobs in etc.

Excellent organisational skills are essential.

You will also need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office365, be an effective communicator and enjoy working within a busy team environment.

You will need to think for yourself and use your own initiative to organise your working day effectively.

Full training will be given and the successful candidate will be able to work alongside other administration staff in order to learn our systems and procedures.

The role is permanent, working Monday to Friday. 8:25am to 5:05pm
