Service Administrator

For more than 35 years, AMC has provided commercial security and fire protection services across South and Central Texas. We're growing our service team and looking for a detail-obsessed Service Administrator to keep our field service operation running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily field service schedule
• Own every work order and service appointment from creation to completion
• Keep customers informed at every step with proactive, timely, and clear communication
• Coordinate between technicians, the Service Manager, and customers
• Keep records accurate and complete

What You Bring

• Experience in scheduling, administration, or field service
• Exceptional attention to detail. This is the most important part of the job.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Relentless follow-through on customer communication
• Comfort working full-time in our Spring, TX office

Nice to Have

• Salesforce experience
• Security or fire alarm industry background
• College degree

What We Offer

• $50,000–$60,000 annual salary, plus bonus
• 2 weeks paid vacation
