At ARC, you’ll be treated like family. We believe in supporting our team, helping each other grow, and creating a positive, collaborative environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Service Scheduler / Administrator to join our growing team. This is a vital role, helping to keep operations running smoothly by scheduling engineers, supporting clients, and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly and professional service.

  • Schedule and coordinate service visits, ensuring our engineers are where they need to be.

  • Manage appointments and liaise with clients to keep them informed and satisfied.

  • Dispatch work reports to clients promptly following service visits.

  • Support the service team with administrative tasks, including maintaining records and reports.

  • Help the team stay ahead of deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Experience in administration or scheduling is a plus.

  • Knowledge of fire safety and security systems is desirable but not essential—training can be provided.

  • Opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.

  • A chance to be part of a company that makes a real difference in keeping people safe.

If you’re ready to bring your organisational skills and positive energy to a role where you’ll be valued and supported, we’d love to hear from you!
