Service Adminstrator

About the role

We are an established audio, video and lighting distribution company in Singapore, supplying professional equipment and providing after-sales service, repair and maintenance support to our customers. We are looking for a motivated Service Administrator to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair matters with customers.
• Arrange equipment collection and return with customers.
• Liaise with overseas factories and suppliers for replacement parts and repair support.
• Follow up on spare parts orders, deliveries and service status.
• Prepare service-related invoices, quotations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate service records and administrative documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the service team.

About you

• Able to speak and communicate in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude with an energetic and customer-oriented mindset.
