Service Advisor - 2 wheeler

Key Roles & Responsibilities – Warranty Cum PDI | Jawa 2-Wheeler

1. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

• Conduct detailed PDI of new Jawa motorcycles before delivery.
• Check vehicle condition, fitment, accessories, fluids, battery, tyres, lights, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all vehicles meet company and manufacturer standards.

2. Warranty Inspection & Claims

• Inspect warranty-related complaints and identify eligible warranty cases.
• Verify defects and prepare required warranty documentation.
• Process warranty claims as per Jawa guidelines and procedures.

3. Vehicle Quality & Readiness

• Identify manufacturing, transportation, or fitment-related defects before delivery.
• Ensure rectification of identified issues through the service team.
• Confirm vehicles are fully ready for customer delivery.

4. Documentation & Records

• Maintain PDI checklists, warranty records, job cards, and claim documents.
• Ensure accurate recording of vehicle inspection and warranty details.
• Submit warranty and PDI reports on time.

5. Coordination & Follow-up

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Warranty teams.
• Follow up on pending repairs, warranty approvals, and claim settlements.
• Support the team in resolving vehicle-related quality issues.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Follow Jawa warranty policies, PDI procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor warranty rejection, repeat complaints, and quality issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PDI and warranty reports.
