Service Advisor (Automotive)
- Serving, managing and retaining customer.
- Ensure all customer cases are attended and delivered as promised.
- Ensure monthly KPI, Service and Customer Satisfaction Index target are achieved.
- Execute and implement any job assignment and instruction given by Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive/Business or related field OR 1-2 years of experience in automotive service industry is required.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem solving mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Driving license.
