Qualifications
- Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related course
- With experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or similar position is an advantage
- Knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and automotive parts
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate and able to prepare service/job orders
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work under pressure and meet service targets
- With valid driver's license is an advantage
