The Role
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to work in our busy retail dealership. You will:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Take service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare quotations for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate daily service bookings
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership guests
• Liaise with the workshop and dealership team
• Provide timely guest follow-up contact

About You
To succeed in this role you will have:

• A customer-focused attitude and friendly, engaging manner
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Current driver’s licence

Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
