North Georgia Toyota is seeking experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing Service Department.

We are looking for motivated professionals who understand the importance of building customer relationships, communicating service recommendations clearly, and delivering an exceptional automotive service experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry or a similar vehicle-related industry.

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

• Ability to explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations effectively.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented service environment.

• A commitment to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and building long-term relationships.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Important Qualification Requirement:

Previous automotive or vehicle-related customer service experience is required. Applicants whose experience is exclusively in unrelated industries will not be considered for this position.
