Service Advisor

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our team at our dealership. You will be responsible for:

• Providing an outstanding customer experience
• Greeting guests on arrival at the dealership's service department;
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
• Keeping customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle;
• Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
• Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
• Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution;

Selection Criteria

• Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
• Team player with can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Good computer literacy with experience using CRM systems desired
• Current Drivers License
