Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Service Advisor/(s) to join our customer service team in a full-time capacity, based in Rawang, Selangor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support that builds lasting relationships. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving enquiries efficiently, and representing our company with professionalism and dedication. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, working towards mutually satisfactory solutions
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the appropriate systems, maintaining detailed and accurate records
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
• Maintain product and service knowledge through regular training and updates
• Meet performance targets and key performance indicators set by management
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in using computer systems and common office software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns and challenging situations
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional language skills are advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Availability to work according to business hours and operational requirements
