Service Advisor

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their service needs are clearly understood and efficiently addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers informed about service progress and updates
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational training (preferred)
• Proven experience in customer service or automotive/service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of service processes (automotive experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in MS Office and service management systems
