Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused European Car Service Advisor to join our team in Makati City. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing, repair concerns, and after-sales support for European car brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle service inquiries, maintenance scheduling, and repair concerns
• Provide accurate service recommendations and cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams regarding vehicle status and repair progress
• Ensure excellent customer experience from vehicle check-in to release
• Prepare and maintain service records, reports, and documentation
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
• Promote additional services and maintenance programs when applicable
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive dealerships or service centers is preferred
• Knowledge of European car brands is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City
• with Drivers license
