You’ll join an established team at Country Motor Company, representing Hyundai, Isuzu UTE and GWM.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop.

Your day will include:

• Welcoming customers and managing the service check-in process
• Preparing repair orders, bookings and estimates
• Keeping customers informed throughout the day
• Explaining service, repair and maintenance requirements
• Liaising with our Workshop Controller and technicians
• Managing additional work and customer authorisations
• Preparing and explaining invoices at vehicle collection
• Building strong, long-term relationships with our customers

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Genuinely enjoys dealing with customers
• Communicates confidently face-to-face and over the phone
• Is organised and comfortable managing a busy workload
• Can prioritise and think on their feet
• Works well as part of a team
• Is confident using dealership and computer systems
• Takes ownership and follows things through
• Holds a current NSW Driver’s Licence
