About the role

Frontier Automotive Marilao Corporation is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the relationship between our clients and our technical service department.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and conduct thorough assessments of their vehicle service requirements

• Create accurate service orders, documenting all customer requests and vehicle information

• Explain service recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers in a clear and professional manner

• Communicate service details to the technical team and ensure quality workmanship is maintained

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on progress and any additional findings

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role within the automotive service industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical information in customer-friendly terms

• Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and common automotive issues

• Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

• Basic mathematical skills for calculating service costs and processing payments
