Job Description
- Greets customers, schedules service appointments, receives vehicle information and handle customer complaints.
- Listens to request of the customer, advise customers about recommended service requirement.
- Prepare work order for needed repairs (time, cost and labour charges).
- Liaising with technician regarding customer needs.
- Processing invoices and collecting payment.
- Computer literate for date entry and assisting in daily operations.
- To undertake any duties in relation to general administrative duties.
- Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as required.
