Service Advisor

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between the dealership or service center and customers. They are responsible for understanding customer vehicle issues, explaining repair and maintenance options, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Service Advisor coordinates with technicians to ensure timely completion of services, manages customer expectations, and promotes additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet customers professionally and listen to their vehicle concerns and service needs.

· Communicate clearly with clients about vehicle problems, repair processes, insurance questions, and warranty issues.

· Keep customers informed about the progress of vehicle repairs, estimated completion times, and costs associated with services rendered.

· Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle statuses and ensure repairs are completed on time.

· Display extensive knowledge of products, services, and dealership offerings to effectively advise customers.

· Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

The perfect fit should possess the following:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in Automotive Industry. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
• Customer Service experience is a plus!
