You’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and building strong, lasting relationships
• Managing service bookings and coordinating workshop schedules
• Discussing vehicle servicing and repair requirements with customers
• Preparing estimates, invoices, and relevant service documentation
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Working closely with technicians and the workshop team to keep jobs moving
• Identifying additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Following up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Service Advisor experience within an automotive dealership is preferred
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and time-management abilities
• Confidence working in a busy workshop environment
• Good computer skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to be part of a successful team
