Service Advisor

We’re looking for a friendly, organized and computer-confident person to join our team as a Service Advisor. You don’t need previous dealership or automotive experience - if you’re comfortable learning new systems, enjoy helping people and have a positive attitude, we can teach you the rest.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the important link between our customers and workshop team. You’ll help coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs while ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting with their servicing needs
• Managing service enquiries, bookings and customer information
• Preparing repair orders, estimates and other documentation
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
• Using dealership software and computer systems to manage daily tasks
• Liaising with technicians and the Workshop Controller
• Organizing courtesy vehicles when required
• Obtaining customer approval for any additional work
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
• Building positive, long-term customer relationships
• Following Toyota and dealership procedures

• Is confident using computers and can quickly learn new systems
• Has a positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Pays strong attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team
• Is dependable, motivated and willing to learn

Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail or hospitality would be helpful, but it is not essential. Automotive knowledge is also welcome but not required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
