Service Advisor

Role & responsibilities

Attend customer inquiries and service-related requests.

• Coordinate with service engineers and customers for service scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain service records, job cards, and customer databases.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of service activities.
• Generate service quotations and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Track pending service cases and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Required Skills
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
