Aspen Total Automotive is the largest and most established auto repair shop in Aspen, CO - and we're still growing! We serve over 90% of Aspen's local businesses and residents, which means consistent, high-volume work and a customer base that values quality over price.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of ATA. You own the customer experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away.

• Be the primary point of contact for every customer, in person and on the phone
• Listen to customer concerns and present repair recommendations in a way that builds trust
• Manage workflow across the floor: scheduling, parts coordination, technician communication
• Hit sales goals with integrity - we don't upsell for sport, we advise with expertise
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers who come back because of you
• Keep the front of house running with urgency, professionalism, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

The non-negotiables:

• You are a natural communicator: warm, clear, and confident with any type of customer
• You work well under pressure and stay organized when things get busy
• You take ownership. If something is off, you fix it - you don't wait to be told
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Strongly preferred:

• Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in automotive customer-facing sales
• Familiarity with shop management software (we use Tekmetric)
• Comfortable with high-end clientele and luxury vehicles - our customer base expects a premium experience
• Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus, but not required

• Base salary: Competitive, based on experience
