Service Advisor

You'll be bringing these values to us…

• You will be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring efficient vehicle servicing, arranging vehicle PDI, and providing professional maintenance advice and quotations to deliver an exceptional after-sales experience.

You’ll be a Great Talent, if you are/possess…

• HKCEE/ DSE or above

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Technology or related disciplines is highly preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, customer service, retail, or frontline environment

• A customer-oriented, cheerful, proactive, and outgoing personality

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
