Brisbane Camperland is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at Tingalpa.

With more than 40 years of experience, Brisbane Camperland is proudly family-owned and recognised as Australia’s largest Jayco dealership. We help thousands of customers get ready for their next adventure, and our Service Department plays a huge part in delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

🚐 About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our Service Department — connecting our customers with our workshop team and making sure every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience.

No two days will be the same. You’ll manage customer enquiries, coordinate bookings, keep customers informed and work closely with technicians and management to keep the department running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Managing service bookings and coordinating workshop schedules
• Discussing servicing, repairs and maintenance requirements with customers
• Providing regular updates on vehicle progress, costs and completion times
• Coordinating communication between customers, technicians and management
• Preparing and processing invoices and taking customer payments
• Following up customers to ensure a positive service experience
• Working closely with the Service Manager and wider dealership team
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism

🙌 About You

You’re a natural people person who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.

You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly, and you’ll take pride in keeping customers informed and looked after throughout their service experience.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or similar customer-facing role
• Experience within the automotive, caravan, RV or related industry is highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities
• A professional, positive and can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Experience with Eclipse/UBS is highly regarded
