We are a leading supplier of Quality products such as Kobelco , New Holland , ASV Positrack, and Merlo . Demonstrating our commitment to the local community we have just moved into our brand new, purpose built premises located in Mitchell Park Ballarat.

About the Role.

We are seeking the services of an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly organised, be extremely customer focused and team minded. We welcome applicants, from not only similar Dealership environments, but from any automotive, or mechanical related industries.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking bookings and service inquiries.
• Liaising with customers keeping them informed on time frames and likely costs.
• Invoicing and closing of repair orders
• Liaising with technicians to ensure that deadlines are met.

At all times our customers are our first priority and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the service and support that is expected in a fast paced industry.
