The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a key point of contact between our customers and the service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently and effectively.Duties

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing a friendly and professional experience.
• Utilize your mechanical knowledge to offer accurate advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Prepare detailed service estimates for customers, including parts and labor costs, while effectively upselling additional services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history using our dealership management system.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
• Stay updated on automotive technology trends, repair techniques, and dealership promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly preferred.
