Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and gather customer concerns
• Document service requests accurately and verify customer and vehicle information
• Recommend and explain needed car repairs and maintenance in simple terms
• Offer extra products, services, and promotions when relevant
• Secure customer approval before proceeding with services
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
• Provide transparent pricing and timelines
• Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity
• Liaise with technicians to track repair progress and manage the shop's service workflow

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
• Professional appearance with pleasing personality
• Proven experience in customer service or automotive industry
• Intermediate knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair processes
• Strong verbal and written skills for documenting repair orders and communicating with technicians
• Ability to use industry-specific software and diagnostic tools
