• The ability to balance multiple priorities and agendas
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• A knack for absorbing lots of information about car brands and services
• Stellar customer service skills!

What you’ll do:

• Be the go-between for customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication
• Proactively recommend services and products that benefit customers
• Schedule appointments and manage the service process from start to finish
• Explain the work done in the workshop, building trust and confidence with our customers
