Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their vehicle service concerns.
• Prepare and explain repair recommendations, estimates, and service details.
• Coordinate with the service team and provide customers with timely repair updates.
• Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle release.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to be assigned to our Ozamis Branch.
