Position: Service Advisor

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers with a positive, helpful attitude
• Listen closely to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
• Review inspections, prioritize repairs, and prepare estimates
• Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensure all recommendations align with both safety and customer goals
• Help maintain accurate records and follow-through on all open work
• Collaborate with techs and parts staff to maintain workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• A customer-first mindset —you’re here to help people, not just cars
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks with professionalism
• Experience with or aptitude to learn shop management software (e.g., Tekmetric)
• Desire to work in a team environment and build long-term customer relationships
• Automotive knowledge is a strong plus, but not required
• Motivated to grow, learn, and contribute to a top-tier service experience
