Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Chelsea Heights dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service.  Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing customer's needs, recommending appropriate services and securing bookings
• Co-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet services
• Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery and a seamless customer service experience
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Invoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely manner

• Experienced in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop

• Highly computer literate and a quick learner - MYOB experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and administration skills.

• Previous exposure to data entry, high volume invoicing and/or general admin.

• Excellent communication skills, and ability to work well within a team, and solo.

• Organised and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to commit to the company long-term.

• Previous exposure to mechanical services but not essential.
