Your role:

• Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in & through the day.
• Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
• Arranging loan vehicles
• Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
• Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up
• Deliver clear communication and top-tier customer experiences
• Thrive in a structured, supportive environment
