Service Advisor

Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you're a strong communicator, with attention to detail and a passion for the heavy truck industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, gather service needs and open work orders
• Communicate job details between customers and technicians
• Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with parts department

Requirements

• Experience in a truck shop, automotive, or related service environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and repairs is a strong asset
• Preference will be given to experience with Karmak Fusion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
