SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: Ducati Manila

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with their motorcycle service needs.
• Prepare service repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
• Provide customers with service updates, repair recommendations, and cost estimates.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college education (Automotive or related courses are an advantage).
• With a pleasing personality and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Knowledgeable about motorcycles; experience with motorcycle brands is an advantage.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or in the -automotive/motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
