We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, FLUENT Arabic-speaking Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and explain available service options clearly
• Create accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition
• Prepare detailed service estimates and quotations for customer approval
• Obtain customer approval before starting any repairs or additional work
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and completion time
• Prepare and explain invoices clearly upon job completion
• Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Promote workshop services including tyres, batteries, A/C services, and maintenance packages
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and basic vehicle systems
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong customer service and client handling experience
• Computer skills (job cards, invoicing systems, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and professional manner
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
