Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer service enquiries and understand vehicle concerns.
• Prepare job cards and explain required repairs/services to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Keep customers updated on repair/service status.
• Conduct vehicle inspection and explain completed work to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
• Follow up with customers for service feedback and future requirements.
• Maintain proper service records and achieve assigned service targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
