Service Advisor

Larson Ford is marking 70 years in business this year — and we're just getting started. As we pursue an ambitious growth plan for the next several years, we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives on building strong relationships with large commercial and fleet accounts and delivering the consistent, high-level service those customers depend on. We are back-to-back yearly winners of the Ford President's Award, and we're looking for someone who can bring that same level of customer service to our team. THE ROLE

As Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial and fleet customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently, accurately, and with the responsiveness that large accounts require. This is a high-visibility role that directly supports our expansion goals, and it comes with real opportunity for advancement as our team grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the dedicated advisor for large commercial and fleet accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Greet customers and accurately assess vehicle service and repair needs, translating them into clear, detailed work orders
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and status updates, keeping fleet managers and commercial clients informed at every step
• Coordinate closely with the service and parts teams to prioritize fleet vehicles and minimize customer downtime
• Upsell and recommend additional maintenance or repair services based on manufacturer schedules and vehicle inspections
• Manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy and strong customer satisfaction scores
• Support Larson Ford's growth initiatives by helping expand and retain commercial and fleet business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, with a track record of success in a dealership or automotive service environment
• Demonstrated experience managing large commercial and/or fleet accounts
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Working knowledge of dealership service software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) preferred
• Ford brand or dealership experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• A customer-first mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping Larson Ford reach its growth goals
• Commitment to delivering award-winning customer service that upholds our back-to-back Ford President's Award standard

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential
