SERVICE ADVISOR

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join TOP ZONE AUTO GALLERY SDN BHD in Butterworth, Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive service industry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience at every interaction. Your role is essential to building customer loyalty, driving repeat business, and maintaining the reputation of our dealership as a trusted automotive service provider.

What you'll be doing

1. To be responsible for serving, managing and retaining customer.
2. To ensure all customer cases are attended and delivered as promised.
3. To ensure monthly KPI, Service and Customer Satisfaction Index target are achieved.
4. Responsible to execute SOP and Work Instruction (WI) such as 7-step service procedure.
5. To execute and implement any job assignment and instruction given by Superior.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Diploma in automotive or equivalent with 2 years working experience.
2. Computer literate.
3. Must have valid driving license.
4. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
