• A qualified mechanic with proven experience as a Service Advisor

• Someone who knows what it’s like at the front counter—and keeps it cool under pressure

• A confident communicator who sells with integrity and builds trust fast

• Strong with digital systems (Automation, Google Suite, and more)

• Thinks for themselves, follows systems, and owns their outcomes

• Listens well, adapts quickly, and makes the team around them better

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the front-of-house: greet customers, book jobs, manage the workflow

• Quote, invoice, and follow up with clarity and care

• Keep the calendar smooth and the techs in the loop

• Use our digital tools to make the day flow (Automation, parts integrations, etc.)

• Hit KPIs around customer satisfaction, conversion, and upsells

• Back the team and be backed in return
