What they need
- Senior High School Graduate or equivalent; Technical Certification or Degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience, including OJT as a Service Advisor or any Customer Service related.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle components and services.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving and able to handle complaints
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and dealership software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
