Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of work
• Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health and safety
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on mechanic experience is a significant advantage
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
• Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in transactions
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and dealership operations is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
