What they need
Service Advisor
Job Description
-Attend to customer daily service needs as compliance to SST procedures
-Registration and control of service appointments
-Promoting service and parts sales
-Execution of CSI related duties and responsibilities
-Co-ordinate with Job Controller / Foreman on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly
-Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction
-Conduct 1 day before appointment reminder to customer
-Conduct post service follow up with customers to measure customer satisfaction and take improvement activities
-To regularly update customer's parts status in Part Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS)
Job Requirement
-Diploma in automotive/ mechanical/ Business/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year of working experience in automotive-related business or equivalent
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to speak proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
