Join Our Growing Service Team!

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Writer to join our busy automotive service department.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can build lasting relationships with customers while effectively managing the repair and maintenance process from check-in to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and accurately write repair orders
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Communicate repair status and updates throughout the service process
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure an efficient workflow
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended or declined services
• Meet department goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred
• CDK experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
