We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who takes ownership of that experience from the moment a guest arrives to the moment they drive away.

What You’ll Own

• Be the face of the guest experience. From the initial welcome to updates and follow-up, treat every guest the way you would want to be treated — not simply in the way that is most convenient for us.
• Keep guests genuinely informed. Take ownership of completion times, progress updates and any changes throughout the day. Our guests shouldn’t need to chase us — we go to them first.
• Make things simple and transparent. Clearly explain service requirements, recommendations and quotes so guests understand what their vehicle needs and there are no surprises.
• Own the final impression. Ensure invoicing, handover and payment are handled professionally and seamlessly.
• Look for opportunities to do more. Notice the small moments where you can turn an ordinary service visit into an experience a guest remembers — and wants to tell someone else about.
• Work as one team. Partner closely with our technicians, workshop and support teams to make sure we deliver on what we promise.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

• Treats every interaction — in person, on the phone or in writing — as an opportunity to make someone’s day better.
• Is naturally organised, calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple guest experiences at once without losing attention to detail.
• Takes genuine pride in personal presentation, communication and getting the small things right.
• Takes ownership rather than waiting for someone else to solve a problem.
• Enjoys being part of a high-performing team where people hold themselves and each other to a high standard.
• Has a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry — this isn’t a role for someone simply counting down to home time.
• Holds a current driver's licence and has previous Service Advisor experience.
