What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITES -
- RECIEVE CUSTOMERS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR VEHICLE SERVICE/REPAIR REQUIREMENTS.
- SCHEDULE SERVICE APPONITMENTS AND MANAGE CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UPS.
- CONDUCT VEHICLE INSPECTION WITH THE CUSTOMER AND NOTE COMPLAINTS.
- PREPARE AND EXPLAIN JOB CARDS WITH REQUIRED REPAIR/SERVICE DETAILS.
- COORDINATE WITH TECHNICIANS AND WORKSHOP TEAM FOR TIMELY COMPLETITION OF WORK.
1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOBILE SECTOR
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
