Service Advisor

Key Objectives:

The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate services and repairs, supporting service sales through effective upselling, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and prepare service orders.
• Explain recommended services, repairs, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Parts, Warranty, and other departments.
• Monitor repair progress and provide customers with timely updates.
• Recommend and upsell appropriate services, maintenance packages, parts, and accessories.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related roles is an advantage.
• Service Advisor or automotive experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Willing to learn automotive service processes and recommend appropriate services to customers.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.
